Therapy Keeper L.L.C. (“Therapy Keeper”) is a limited liability company based in New Jersey. We provide software and services, including the Therapy Keeper website located at www.therapykeeper.com (collectively, “Services”). Certain features of the Services may only be available to end users who have created one or more accounts with Therapy Keeper or selected third parties and/or entered a Client Services Agreement with Therapy Keeper (“Services Agreement”).

- Request to Permanently Delete: If you wish to request that we permanently delete you from our database, please send your request to Kerri Ciskowski at 716 Newman Springs Road #109, Lincroft, NJ 07738 to via e-mail to help@therapykeeper.com with the subject line “permanently delete me”, and explain in the body of the e-mail that you are asking to have all of your data deleted.
We have a standard data export format that we will provide and are not able to create custom exports. To protect user privacy, you must send such a request from the account information we have on file or the request will not be honored.
