01. What service is best for me?
We strive for simplicity. If you aren’ t sure, Kerri would love to guide you on a FREE 15-minute Meet & Greet call.
02. Do I need to do the FREE 15-minute Meet & Greet call?
No, you are welcome to book the service directly. This is best for returning clients, and clients who want the quickest access. The Intensive Hybrid Occupational Therapy Program requires a FREE 30-minute Intensive Intro Call with Kerri & 4-6 minute completed application.
03. Does my child fit your age range?
Kerri has experience from micro-preemies to the age of 18, but does most of her work with children aged 2-7 years of age.
04. Do you specialize in a certain diagnosis?
We like to think that our speciality is helping the mom or dad who feels frustrated or overwhelmed, and we welcome whatever type of kid comes with her!
05. Do you have appointments on nights and weekends?
Yes, there are a limited number of night and weekend appointments. Some parents also love the early morning appointments!
06. Do you offer services (e.g. Speech, Physical Therapy) not listed on your website?

07. How do I access the digital course after I have made a purchase?

08. Do you offer refunds?
We want you to get the help you need. If you do not feel that we have met your needs, we are more than happy to offer a one-time refund for digital course or 1:1 coaching call. The Intensives have a 50% non-refundable deposit because Kerri is “all in” the second you sign-up.
09. Will my health insurance pay for this?
We do not directly take health insurance nor do we guarantee any reimbursement. The Intensives provides documentation for the evaluation and treatment, in-person or telehealth, that is done directly with you and your child. You can submit this for your out-of-network benefits. This will be a portion of the total program cost. Kerri can answer any other questions on the 30-minute Intensive Intro Call.
10. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are offered for Intensives only.
