Join Keepers of Autism

An 8-week group program using our signature Five to Thrive framework—rooted in DIRFloortime®—paired with weekly live coaching for parents raising autistic children.

Starts October 14th, 2026

TELL ME IF I AM RIGHT...

You’ve probably already tried everything, and nothing seems to work.

If someone asked you years ago to describe yourself, "anxious" or "exhausted" wouldn't have been on the list. You used to be happy, optimistic, maybe even lighthearted.

But somewhere along this journey, you shifted into a survival-mode version of yourself—burnt out from trying every solution under the sun hoping you’ll finally find the missing piece that will finally click..

There probably are some days you aren't sure how you make it from start to finish. Other people don’t fully get it, which only makes you feel more alone.

You've spent hours in therapy sessions with your child and you still can't understand why he or she does certain things, let alone have a clue how to stop it from happening. (Or should you even try to stop it?)

Without a solution that actually accounts for the unique needs of your child and your family, it’s hard to know the right thing to do.

THE GOOD NEWS IS

You don’t need to learn everything, you just need to know what matters most.

And we’ll never tell you there’s only one way to do things or that it’s all-or-nothing. I'm pretty sure you have enough pressure on yourself as it is. So how about we help you focus on what you can actually absorb and use, and then celebrate those wins together?

Now, that sounds much better.

WE’LL SHOW YOU EXACTLY WHAT MATTERS MOST INSIDE…

The Keepers of Autism Course

During the 8-week live session, we walk you step-by-step through our 5 to Thrive framework—a signature program rooted in DIRFloortime® that brings its core, relationship-based strategies directly to your family and home life.

Using the Framework, we’ll decode your child’s nervous system, navigate big emotions, build social communication, foster flexible thinking, and nurture self-advocacy inside a live, collaborative space alongside parents who are living similar experiences.

Whoa—that sounds like a lot, doesn't it?

This is the perfect time to share that our goal is to help you edit your days and parenting, not add to them. This isn't about piling more onto an already overflowing plate—it's about giving you clarity and making your daily life simpler. Stay with us for just a moment longer, because this is where things finally start to feel lighter.

Yes, we will be working on building those core skills—like decoding the nervous system and navigating big emotions. But what we reduce in your home is even more powerful. Our framework is designed to ease daily power struggles, soften friction during transitions, and calm the constant, nagging plea for life to just be easier.

Keepers of Autism gives you:

  • A clear filter to know exactly what to prioritize first
  • Live, real-time help for your family's unique dynamics.
  • Short, focused videos built for your busy schedule.
  • Visual handouts because parents need visual guidance too!

The joy, relationships, and peace you’re looking for are within your reach. You just have to take the next step.

We developed this course specifically for parents who:

  • Are fed up with the chaos and ready to grab the steering wheel because you know you are smart, capable, and entirely done letting burnout keep you from reaching for the future you dream of for your family.
  • Are desperate for a clear, actionable path to more peace in your home, instead of constantly putting out daily fires and operating in survival mode.
  • Refuse to spend another day feeling so darn alone, and are ready to surround themselves with real, kind humans who actually share this exact lived experience.
  • Know definitively that rigid, compliance-based approaches like ABA are not the answer for their child, and want a relationship-first framework like DIRFloortime® instead.

THE RESULTS

After the course, you’ll be able to:

  1. Anticipate challenges before they erupt. Move out of constant survival mode and learn to read your child’s nervous system before the spark hits the fuse.
  2. Know exactly what to prioritize next. No more trying to fix ten things at once. You’ll leave with a clear focus on the exact skills that actually deserve your energy right now.
  3. Know what to keep and what to drop. Gain the radical confidence to double down on what works for your child, and toss out the unsolicited advice and stuff that plain doesn't matter.
  4. Trust your own authority as a parent. Stop seeking constant external validation and step boldly into being the leading expert on your own kid.
  5. Have a lasting connection with us. You aren't just taking a class and getting kicked to the curb. You’ll have a permanent clinical bridge and a trusted community in your corner.

OUR METHOD

The Five-to-Thive Framework

This framework was born directly from a challenge posed by parents in our past courses. They looked at us and asked us to distill the vast, overwhelming universe of information on raising autistic children into what actually matters most.

And we were up for the challenge.

With our vision in mind, we sat down, analyzed decades of real-world experience, and faced an honest truth: it is simply impossible to address every single aspect of child development at once. Trying to do so only leads to parent burnout.

So, we stripped away the noise and identified the five foundational areas where intentional skill development makes the absolute biggest impact for your family.

Our Five-to-Thrive Framework, in Action

These are the core principles and goals that drive every module, lesson, and live session in the course, based on our decades of experience and the proven results we’ve seen through working with families like yours:

1. Nervous System (Regulation & Attunement)

Learn to better understand and support your child’s unique profile, building a shared foundation of safety, regulation, and deep connection.

2. Emotions (Navigating Big Feelings- Yours and Theirs 😉)

Identify triggers, understand underlying feelings, and build practical emotion-regulation strategies. It’s hard work, but we provide real-time tools to make it doable.

3. Social Communication (Reciprocity & Connection)

Foster natural initiation and back-and-forth engagement, empowering you to confidently guide your child as they navigate a complex social world.

4. Adaptability (Flexible Thinking & Transitions)

Explore practical ways to support flexible thinking and perspective-taking, equipping your child to handle changes and unexpected moments with far greater ease.

5. Self-Awareness (Identity & Advocacy)

Nurture self-understanding, genuine self-esteem, and self-advocacy. This core thread is woven throughout the entire course, with a dedicated focus to anchor your progress.

Meet Your Instructors

Hi, I’m Kerri

Families usually describe me in three ways: deeply knowledgeable, relentlessly enthusiastic, and someone who always goes above and beyond.

For the past 21 years, I’ve worked as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and Certified Expert-Level DIRFloortime® Practitioner. I’m a lifelong learner—reading, listening, and consuming new insights every single day. Superficial explanations have never worked for me, which is why I dig deep to give families answers that actually make sense in real life.

When I’m not working, I’m intentionally navigating a meaningful family life in New Jersey with my husband, our three energetic boys, our dog, and our bird. My house is loud, busy, and full of life—giving me a daily anchor on what it means to lead a home with intention, energy, and heart.

Hi, I’m Stephanie

I have been a pediatric occupational therapist for 22 years, placing careful intention into combining intuition, knowledge, and clinical experience to help children and families achieve meaningful goals. I believe deeply in building trusting relationships as the foundation for all therapeutic progress.

I currently live in New Hampshire with my husband and our two children. Raising children with their own unique needs has given me an invaluable perspective that shapes how I serve families every day. They help me grow constantly, and being their mom is a large part of the "why" behind my work.

Outside of therapy, you can usually find me running to keep my head and heart aligned.

TIME FOR A GUT CHECK

Let’s see if Keepers of Autism is right for you...

YOU’LL LOVE THIS COURSE IF YOU:

  • Are ready to challenge the status quo and trust your instinct that there’s a better, more relational way to support your child.
  • Are committed to long-term growth over temporary, compliance-based quick fixes that don't honor your child's neurodivergence.
  • Want actionable clinical tools, not fluff, and are eager to level up your parenting skills through direct, live guidance.
  • Value true community and are ready to share wins, reflect honestly, and connect with parents who genuinely get it.

THIS MIGHT NOT BE A FIT IF YOU:

  • Expect overnight magic tricks instead of doing the real work to understand your child’s nervous system.
  • Are looking for rigid ABA or behavior-control tactics that focus on forced compliance rather than genuine connection and regulation.
  • Want a passive, watch-at-your-own-pace lecture where you never have to engage, ask questions, or apply tools in real time.
  • Want to outsource everything and expect a therapist or program to "fix" your child without your active involvement.

I have stopped asking questions and placing a lot of demands. I find he has been less upset and more open to asking for help.

Since taking Keepers of Austim, I have stopped asking questions and placing a lot of demands. I find he has been less upset and more open to asking for help. I have started to use more of “I am noticing” and I even used “I am a really good helper” which has helped tremendously.I find I am now reflecting more. I am also more aware of my son’s sensory needs. I would recommend this course to any parent considering Keepers of autism. I would advise parents taking this course to take notes and to  ask questions. There were times where I felt nervous speaking in front of others but Kerri, Stephanie, and everyone taking the course were all very supportive and knowledgeable.

...instead of getting anxious about it I’ve been able to use the sensory strategies pdf and give new things a try.

I felt pretty good about knowing what sensory strategies worked for my child until recently when he started to change and now there are moments I feel like I’m back to square one. This course came at the perfect time for me while this was happening because instead of getting anxious about it I’ve been able to use the sensory strategies pdf and give new things a try. The amount of knowledge Kerri and Stephanie have and how much information they are able to pass along during this course is incredible. I’m so grateful I was able to take it while my child is still young so that I can lay a strong foundation now for his future. This community made me feel less alone and helped my family work as a stronger unit.

—Kerry

My gut was always telling me what Kerri & her team advocate without hesitation. It is so nice to have confirmation with non-stop reassurance from them that you are on the best path.

This course was absolutely what I needed. As the mother of an autistic 10 year old with ADHD, I am constantly searching for more understanding. My gut was always telling me what Kerri & her team advocate for without hesitation. It is so nice to have confirmation with non-stop reassurance from them that you are on the best path. What Therapy Keeper taught me has helped create a learning experience for my entire family. Thank you for this invaluable group of new friends.

Questions You May Have

When do I participate in the course?

The core video modules are entirely self-paced, so you can watch them whenever it fits your schedule. Our live 60-minute group Zoom calls take place Wednesdays from 7:00–8:00 PM EST.

Are the live calls recorded for playback?

No, and that’s completely intentional. To build real trust, families need a safe, confidential space where they can be vulnerable about their daily realities without worrying about being recorded.

What if I can't attend the live Wednesday calls every single week?

While attending live gives you the full benefit of real-time coaching and community support, you’ll still get immense value from the self-paced video modules, practical clinical tools, and weekly frameworks.

Can both parents or caregivers join on one enrollment?

Yes! We strongly encourage parents to participate together. You’ll both get separate logins so you can each track your own progress through the modules.

What if I’m too overwhelmed to follow through?

Overwhelm is a sign that you need structure and accountability—not that you should skip this course and try to navigate it solo. Just as we scaffold executive functioning support for your child, we provide that same containment for you. Our live weekly calls and supportive community will keep you grounded, accountable, and moving forward.

What if my child’s developmental level or support needs are totally different from other kids in the course?

Every child’s profile is unique, but nervous system regulation is universal. We don’t use generic, age-based parenting checklists. Instead, our clinical framework teaches you how to meet your child at their exact developmental capacity—whether they are non-speaking, gifted, demand-avoidant, or have complex support needs. Hearing live case studies across different profiles deepens your toolkit and helps you see regulation through every lens.

YOU ARE DOING SO MUCH RIGHT ALREADY

Let’s Fill In The Missing Pieces

You don't need to rebuild your parenting from scratch. You just need a clearer clinical lens to understand what’s driving your child's nervous system and a strategy for learning and incorporating what you don't know yet.

When you join Keepers of Autism, you get the validation, clarity, and step-by-step guidance to turn your devotion into steady, meaningful progress at home.
